Private boat rental in the South of France, from our berth in Beaulieu-sur-Mer.
Queen of Hearts is a private boat rental in the South of France: one boat, one captain, and one party a day. She is a SACS Rebel 47 — the Italian-built deep-V RIB the Mediterranean’s superyacht chase boats are measured against — and she runs the whole Côte d’Azur, from Menton in the east to Cannes and the Lérins islands in the west.
A day’s boat rental on the French Riviera with us is a full private charter, not a shared seat. You choose the anchorages, the lunch stop and the hour you come home. Chilled rosé, water, towels and paddleboards are aboard; the captain knows which coves are empty in August and which beach clubs will hold a table for a boat.
Boat rental in the South of France runs May to September, for parties of up to ten guests, departing Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Nice, Monaco or Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

A boat charter from Nice puts the best of the coast within an easy morning: Villefranche-sur-Mer and its deep turquoise bay, the mansions of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Monaco for lunch, or west past Antibes towards Cannes.
We keep Queen of Hearts at Beaulieu-sur-Mer, a few minutes from Nice and Nice Côte d’Azur airport, so a day charter can begin the moment you land. At fifty knots the distances stop mattering — Monaco is minutes away, Saint-Tropez is a morning’s run.

Beaulieu-sur-Mer sits in the shelter of Cap Ferrat, which is why the water here stays flat when the rest of the coast is working. It makes an unusually calm base for a private yacht charter: swimming starts within minutes of leaving the port.
Around the Cap you will find the coves below the Villa Ephrussi, the swimming coves under Pointe Saint-Hospice, and anchorages that never appear on a map. Our captain has run this stretch for years and plans each day around the wind, not a fixed itinerary.

West of Nice the coast opens out: Antibes and its ramparts, the Croisette at Cannes, and behind it the Lérins islands — Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat, where the water is clear enough to see the anchor land and the monastery still makes its own wine.
It is a long way by road and a short one by sea. Boat hire from Beaulieu or Nice reaches Cannes comfortably inside a morning, which leaves the whole afternoon for swimming, paddleboarding and a late lunch ashore.

A private day to Saint-Tropez, arriving the way the town is meant to be seen.
Saint-Tropez by road in August is a two-hour queue. By sea it is a run down the coast with the Estérel on your right, and you arrive in the old port rather than a car park.
A private yacht experience to Saint-Tropez usually means a swim on the way, lunch at Pampelonne or in the port, an afternoon at anchor and a long, gold run home. The boat is yours for the day, so the timing is yours as well.
