The difference shows up in small ways all day. Nobody else’s music. Nobody else’s schedule. The anchorage the captain saves for guests, not the one with forty boats swinging in it. Lunch booked under your name at a table that holds. The extra half hour in the water because the water was too good to leave.

We are a one-boat operation out of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and that is deliberate. A fleet needs turnover; one boat needs one thing to go perfectly, once a day. The crew that rigged the boat in the morning is the crew that hands you off the passerelle at six, and the standard the day is held to is simple — it has to be the best day of the holiday.
