The host’s secret
The difference between hosting ashore and hosting afloat is that afloat, you are a guest at your own party. The crew reads your people the way they read the sea — glasses filled before they empty, music shifted to the mood, the next swim or the next bay produced at exactly the moment attention dips. You never leave the conversation to make anything happen; your only job is the toast. Brief us before the day — the occasion, the personalities, the moments that matter — and every crew member holds the plan.
A day built to entertain
The boat itself is the entertainment budget: the fast run that makes everyone reach for their phones, seabobs and the locker of water toys turning an anchorage into a playground, the swim platform at water level, a beach-club table for the whole party booked as part of the charter. Food and drink can all be arranged for the day — champagne moments, a lunch spread for the anchorage, the cake produced from the galley on cue — quoted plainly when you book, or hand your own cases over at boarding and the crew serves them cold all day.

The same quiet service shapes every kind of hosting: the client day that closes the deal somewhere between the second swim and the third course, the birthday that needed to out-do last year’s, the family reunion where three generations find something to love in the same afternoon. Up to ten guests come aboard with you, the day is shaped entirely around them — and if the occasion is a surprise, the crew holds the cover story to the quay’s edge. For the bigger occasions — the wedding week, the milestone the family flew in for — we work hand in glove with your planner, hotel or concierge, and discretion is the house style: whose party it was, and what was celebrated, stays aboard.
The short answers
Ten guests travel in comfort — sunbeds, shade and the teak table all working at full occupancy — with the crew looking after every one of them.
All of it — provisioning, champagne, catering for the anchorage, the surprise timed to the minute — arranged with the crew and quoted plainly when you book. Anything you bring yourself goes on ice at boarding.
