Half the joy of a family day is the whole family being there — and on this boat that includes the dog. Plenty of charters quietly say no; we say bring them. Tell us when you book so the crew has the deck ready, and the Riviera will do the rest: this is one of the most dog-loving coasts in Europe.

The short answer is yes
Dogs of every size have been aboard with us, and calmer travelling companions are welcome too. All we ask is a word at booking — the crew lays out fresh water and shade, keeps towels ready for the swimmers among them, and plans the day with your animal in mind: gentler legs between stops, anchorages with room to paddle, lunch tables that love a dog under the chair.
The Riviera loves a dog
France remains the civilised place where a well-behaved dog is welcome at the café terrace, and the Riviera doubly so — waiters arrive with a bowl of water before you have ordered. Town beaches keep their summer rules, but that is the quiet advantage of a private boat: your own deck, your own shade and your own swimming stops, no signage to negotiate. The dog gets the version of the coast most visitors can’t reach.

A dog’s day at sea
Bring the lead for going ashore, their food if the day runs long, and anything they sleep best on — though most choose the shaded sunbed within a nose of the picnic. The teak deck is kind to paws, the swim platform sits at water level for the brave ones, and the cabins below offer a cool, quiet nap when the afternoon asks for it. Tell us about your animal when you book and the day is shaped around them as naturally as around anyone else aboard.
